Responsibilities
- Carry out regular inspections of sites/locations under scope
- Identify issues proactively and carry out necessary maintenance
- Coordinate with FM Helpdesk for receipt and closure of maintenance complaints and service requests
- Attend to breakdowns and emergencies at site
- Receive preventive maintenance work orders and arrange work permits
- Schedule work with contractors or in house technicians
- Oversee cleaning and other soft services
- Maintain tools, materials, and equipment inventory
- Manage technicians and other workforce
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Facility Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 2 3 years of experience in a similar role with an FM Service Provider
- Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays in emergencies
- Physically fit
- Qatar Driving License

- Ensure repair works are completed on time.
- Attend to breakdowns and emergencies at site.
- Receive preventive maintenance work orders from the Maintenance Planner.
- Arrange work permits.
- Coordinate with stakeholders/tenants for access and work timing.
- Schedule work with contractors or in house technicians.
- Ensure work is done to satisfaction.
- Receive service reports for reactive and preventive maintenance.
- Share all maintenance reports with Maintenance Planner for central record keeping.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- 2 3 years' experience in similar role with an FM Service Provider.
- Should be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Accepts to work after working hours, weekends and public holidays in emergencies.
- Well groomed and presentable.
- Physically fit.
- Qatar Driving License.
