About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of maintenance engineers
- Define operation spare parts, capital spares, and special tools
- Perform Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
- Prepare maintenance plans and CMMS
- Plan and optimize workload and resources
- Coordinate shutdown preparation, repair, retrofit, and minimize downtime
- Ensure risk awareness, PPE, permit to work, environmental protection
Requirements
- Degree in any related engineering discipline
- Knowledge and execution of maintenance for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation equipment
- Ability to read P&ID, isometrics, layouts
- Experience with asset register, RCM, RBI, maintenance plans, CMMS preparation
- Knowledge of PdM techniques: vibration, oil, thermal imaging, CBM analysis
- Knowledge of onshore/offshore facilities including FPSO
- Team management, coaching, and supervision skills

Required Experience
- With a strong leadership to manage a team of maintenance Engineers involved in define Operation Spare Parts, Capital Spares and special tools; as well as Risk Based Inspection (RBI).

- Knowledge and execution of maintenance for rotating, static, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to read P&ID, isometrics, layouts and identify issues
- Asset register, RCM, RBI, maintenance plans, CMMS preparation
- PdM techniques: vibration, oil, thermal imaging, CBM analysis
- Shutdown preparation, repair, retrofit and minimization of downtime
- Corrosion mechanisms, materials, standards (NACE/API/ISO)
- Risk awareness, PPE, permit to work, environmental protection
- Knowledge of onshore/offshore facilities incl. FPSO
- Team management, coaching and supervision
- Workload planning and optimization of resources
- Supply chain, expediting, logistics, quality control
Qualifications
- Degree of any related engineering discipline
