Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities across the residence and associated buildings
- Schedule and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance works
- Conduct regular property inspections and report any maintenance requirements
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Liaise with external contractors, technicians, and specialist service providers
- Coordinate site access, monitor work quality, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines
- Assist with obtaining quotations and coordinating routine servicing
- Monitor the performance and condition of key building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, security systems, and other essential infrastructure
- Assist in coordinating repairs and servicing to minimize operational disruptions
- Ensure maintenance documentation, service reports, and equipment records are kept up to date
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, warranties, and supplier information
- Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Property Maintenance, or similar role
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of building maintenance and technical systems
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent in both English and Russian

About the Role
