The role is responsible for completing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently while supporting guest care quality.

Day-to-day Work
- Assist in maintaining property standards and the upkeep of hotel facilities with strong attention to detail.
- Carry out regular maintenance inspections of the building, plant, and equipment using daily checklists.
- Perform daily, general, and emergency repairs and maintenance while supporting health and safety.
- Assist with preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and scheduled inspections.
- Help ensure firefighting and building safety features operate at peak efficiency.
- Support consistent guest care quality through prompt and effective maintenance service.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in the maintenance or engineering department of a branded hotel.
- Experience with property maintenance and electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry issues is ideal.
- High school diploma is preferred.
- Good English language skills.
