Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces so guests and colleagues have a safe, clean environment.
The role requires customer service skills, fitness, cleaning ability, attention to detail, and genuine care for the work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality guest room cleaning services.
- Clean corridors and public areas around assigned guest rooms.
- Follow lost and found procedures for items left in assigned areas.
- Report safety hazards, violations, maintenance issues, and items lost from guest rooms.
- Ensure linen is in good condition and placed according to brand standards.
- Keep the trolley and pantry area clean and tidy.
- Support the cleanliness and safety of office and back-of-house areas.
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices.
- Ideally, at least one year of experience in the hotel industry.
