Welcome guests and support them through check-in and check-out in a fast-paced environment.
Manage guest expectations, payments, data entry, and accurate reporting while maintaining attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers and answer telephone calls in line with brand standards.
- Provide information about promotions, room prices, activities, and surrounding-area events.
- Process payments, reservations, and cancellations accurately and according to procedures.
- Identify corporate leads, build relationships, and promote customer feedback.
- Review online guest feedback and explore improvement opportunities.
- Complete correspondence, emails, filing, and other general office duties.
- Maintain reception supplies and stationery.
- Communicate guest requests and complaints to other departments for smooth service delivery.
- Follow guest safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Flexible, agile, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proactive and highly organized approach.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- At least one year of hotel receptionist experience in a front-office department.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Arabic speaking, writing, and reading proficiency.
