Responsibilities
- Support a broad range of corporate and commercial activities.
- Advise on complex transactions and strategic projects.
- Support asset management and joint venture governance.
- Contribute to business-wide decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience is required.
- Candidates must be qualified in the UK, US, Australia, or another accepted jurisdiction.
- Candidates need solid private practice training at a well-regarded international firm.
- Candidates must have a strong background in corporate M&A.
- Candidates must have experience advising on upstream oil and gas M&A.
