- Manage and grow a portfolio of high end residential and commercial properties
- Prospect, network, and build long term client relationships
- Conduct property viewings, present and negotiate offers
- Prepare and manage documentation, ensuring smooth end to end transaction processes
- Liaise with developers, landlords, and investors
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new projects
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize listings and support marketing campaigns
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets in the luxury segment
Requirements
- Strong understanding or willingness to develop expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, especially within the UAE luxury market
- Knowledge or experience in Property Management and Facility Management
- Basic to advanced Finance skills, including understanding of investment returns, payment plans, and mortgage concepts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
- Proactive, target driven mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work on site across various property locations within Abu Dhabi
