Responsibilities
- Represent and promote luxury off plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers
- Conduct high level investment consultations, bespoke presentations, and virtual tours
- Build and manage a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors
- Provide expert advisory on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, and luxury market trends
- Stay ahead of new launches, developer incentives, and premium market shifts
- Negotiate complex offers and close high value off plan transactions with precision
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with company sales processes
- Uphold exceptional standards of service, communication, and brand representation
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury real estate or off plan property sales
- Strong track record of closing high value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with discerning clients and international investors
- Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury and off plan market is preferred
