  • We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Luxury Off Plan Sales Specialist to represent Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive new developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote luxury off plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
  • Conduct high level investment consultations, bespoke presentations, and virtual tours.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors.
  • Provide expert advisory on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, and luxury market trends.
  • Stay ahead of new launches, developer incentives, and premium market shifts.
  • Negotiate complex offers and close high value off plan transactions with precision.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with company sales processes.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of service, communication, and brand representation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate or off plan property sales.
  • Strong track record of closing high value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with discerning clients and international investors.
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen.
  • Highly motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury and off plan market is preferred.
