Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell luxury off‑plan developments from Abu Dhabi’s top developers
  • Conduct high‑end project presentations, investment consultations, and lifestyle‑focused tours
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and international investors
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, construction timelines, and market trends
  • Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and VIP clients
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional product knowledge and luxury‑level service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **off‑plan real estate sales**, preferably in the luxury segment
  • Strong understanding of investment metrics: ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international buyers
  • Professional appearance and strong business etiquette
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury and off‑plan market is a strong plus
