Responsibilities
- Design, negotiate and implement loyalty airline partnerships
- Support development of airline partnerships by designing effective partnership models
- Ensure partnerships align with Qatar Airways' alliance strategy and commercial frameworks
- Lead and manage day to day partner relationships
- Facilitate onboarding of new partnerships, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal business and technology teams for implementation
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance
- Support delivery of partnership related KPIs
- Assess member proposition, pricing structures, and competitive benchmarks
- Support review and implementation of commercial, contractual, and operational terms
- Drive awareness and engagement through joint campaigns and promotions
- Maintain accurate documentation of partnership processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in aviation, ideally with exposure to B2B/B2C loyalty programmes or partnerships
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across cross cultural environments
- Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, airline partnerships, and alliance structures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in financial planning, including partner related revenue and cost budgeting
- Ability to review and interpret legal and contractual documentation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills and cultural awareness
