About the Role

  • Qatar Airways is seeking a Loyalty Airline Partnerships Specialist for Privilege Club.
  • Responsible for design, negotiation and implementation of loyalty airline partnerships.
  • Contribute to end to end lifecycle of partnerships including onboarding, management, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development of airline partnerships by designing effective partnership models.
  • Ensure partnerships align with Qatar Airways' alliance strategy and commercial frameworks.
  • Lead and manage day to day partner relationships.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal business and technology teams for implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance.
  • Support delivery of partnership related KPIs.
  • Assess member proposition, pricing structures, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Support review and implementation of commercial, contractual, and operational terms.
  • Drive awareness and engagement through joint campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of partnership processes.
  • Collaborate with outstation sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in aviation, ideally with exposure to B2B/B2C loyalty programmes or partnerships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across cross cultural environments.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, airline partnerships, and alliance structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in financial planning, including partner related revenue and cost budgeting.
  • Ability to review and interpret legal and contractual documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and cultural awareness.
  • Knowledge of airline systems (FFP, RES) is an added advantage.
