Role Overview
High Trust General Contracting and Transport is seeking a Logistics, Suppliers & Fleet Manager.
The role manages fleet and logistics operations, supplier relationships, transportation resources, and equipment sourcing for company projects.
Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fleet and logistics operations, vehicle and equipment allocation, and transportation activities.
- Source and rent heavy machinery, equipment, vehicles, and other project resources.
- Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate equipment delivery and returns.
- Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers and monitor performance.
- Monitor utilization, fuel consumption, rental costs, operating expenses, and maintenance availability.
- Maintain registration, insurance, permit, inspection, rental, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate drivers, operators, workshops, maintenance teams, and project teams.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on fleet utilization, equipment availability, supplier performance, rentals, and logistics costs.
- Support cost control and compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and project requirements.
