Civil Site Engineer

High Trust General Contracting & Transport is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer – Roads & Highways with a strong background in road infrastructure, earthworks, project planning, and site coordination.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise road and highway infrastructure works, including earthworks, grading, subgrade preparation, and pavement construction.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure site activities are completed according to approved plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with survey teams for setting out, levels, alignment, and site measurements.
• Monitor earthwork activities, including excavation, filling, grading, compaction, and material utilization.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist with preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Support tender preparation and review technical submissions for road and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC requirements, and HSE standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in roads, highways, infrastructure, and earthworks.
• Strong site experience in road construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs and earthwork volume calculations.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and BOQs.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under pressure.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
