We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities, with strong hands-on experience in Cut & Fill, Mass Earthworks, Grading, and Site Preparation projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
- Strong proven experience in Cut & Fill / Mass Earthworks projects.
- Excellent knowledge of excavation, filling, grading, compaction, levels, and earthwork quantities.
- Experience managing heavy equipment, manpower, and site productivity.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project execution skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site engineers, surveyors, consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability / immediate joiners will be highly considered.
