Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, customs documentation, and carrier selection for air, sea, and land freight
- Monitor shipment status in real time, proactively resolve delays, and escalate issues with carriers or customs authorities to ensure on time delivery
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (B/L, COO, commercial invoices, packing lists) and ensure full compliance with UAE customs regulations and international trade laws
- Manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, port authorities, and customs brokers to optimize cost, transit time, and service levels
- Track inventory movement, reconcile shipment discrepancies, and maintain accurate digital records in ERP or logistics management systems
- Support warehouse coordination, cross docking activities, and last mile delivery scheduling for client specific requirements
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain logistics
- Knowledge of Bill of Lading (B/L), Incoterms, and port operations
- Experience with ERP systems and document verification
- Arabian Gulf trade experience preferred
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
- UAE customs regulations certification preferred

Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have: ERP systems, Freight forwarding, Customs clearance, Bill of Lading (B/L), Incoterms, Port operations, Supply chain logistics, Document verification.
- Preferred: Arabian Gulf trade experience, Arabic language proficiency, UAE customs regulations certification.
