About the Role
Carrier is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join the Supply Chain team in the UAE. The role manages end-to-end flow of goods, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, customs compliance, and distribution.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Optimize transportation routes, freight costs, and delivery performance
- Oversee warehouse and 3PL operations, including storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
- Negotiate transportation, warehousing, and distribution contracts
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, HS codes, import/export documentation, and company policies
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Support demand forecasting and inventory replenishment planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations
- Identify and mitigate risks related to transportation delays, supply disruptions, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in logistics management or with a freight forwarding organization
- Strong knowledge of freight management across air, sea, road, and courier transportation
- Proven experience managing warehouse operations and third party logistics (3PL) providers
- Solid understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping practices
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement cost optimization initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
- Good understanding of logistics management principles, processes, and industry best practices
