About the Role
Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to manage end-to-end shipment lifecycle, customs documentation, and freight coordination across air, sea, and land routes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end shipment lifecycle—booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery—across air, sea, and land routes
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking in ERP/logistics systems and proactively communicate delays or exceptions to stakeholders
- Prepare and verify customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) in compliance with UAE and GCC regulations
- Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to optimize routing, reduce transit times, and control freight costs
- Resolve customer and vendor logistics issues including damaged goods, customs holds, and delivery discrepancies
- Generate weekly/monthly logistics performance reports (OTD%, cost per shipment, customs clearance time) to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- ERP/WMS (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- Freight forwarding operations
- Customs documentation (UAE, GCC)
- Shipment tracking systems
- MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Incoterms 2020
- Communication in English & Arabic (written/spoken)
- Problem resolution in logistics
- Experience with Dubai Trade or Emarat Logistics Portal preferred
- Basic knowledge of cargo insurance & claims preferred
- Familiarity with Port of Jebel Ali procedures preferred

Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have: ERP/WMS (Oracle, SAP, or similar); Freight forwarding operations; Customs documentation (UAE, GCC); Shipment tracking systems; MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); Incoterms 2020; Communication in English & Arabic (written/spoken); Problem resolution in logistics.
