Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end shipment lifecycle from order placement to final delivery
- Manage relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs forms
- Track shipments in real time and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
- Generate logistics performance reports and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Knowledge of TMS (Transportation Management System)
- Knowledge of Customs Clearance Procedures
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding Operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)
- Knowledge of Logistics Documentation (B/L, COO, Commercial Invoice)
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Supply Chain Coordination skills
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020

Role & Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Must Have: TMS, Customs Clearance Procedures, Freight Forwarding Operations, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards), Logistics Documentation, ERP Systems, Supply Chain Coordination, Incoterms 2020.
- Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Experience with UAE Customs, Arabic language proficiency.
