- Welcome guests and escort them to elevators, outlets, or other public areas
- Offer welcome drinks and towels to check in guests or site inspections
- Set up and maintain Arabic coffee service in the lobby
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per hotel standards
- Ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the lobby
- Promote Accor loyalty programs and upsell Lobby Expresso menu

Main Duties
- To be an ambassador of the hotel, in and outside the work place.
- To provide a personalized service to all guests, fully aware and following hotel standards and procedures.
- To personally welcome guests and escort them to the elevator, outlets or other public areas as requested.
- To offer welcome drinks and towels to check in guests or site inspections.
- To set up and maintain the Arabic coffee service in the lobby.
- To prepare and serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- To ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the lobby.
- To sell and up sell the Lobby Expresso menu.
- To promote the Accor loyalty programs.
- To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner.
General Duties
- Ensure all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
- Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases.
- Adhere to Accor Internet and Email policy.
