Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service during transactions
- Process cash, credit/debit card payments, and handle change accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Ensure the register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
- Prepare and assemble food items according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation and service areas
- Assist in stocking and replenishing food supplies and ingredients
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and cooking

Requirements
- 1 2 years’ experience in hospitality / food and beverage industry
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and hospitality functions
- Experience in following instructions

Cashier

Job Criteria
- 1 2 years’ experience in hospitality / food and beverage industry
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.
- Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required.
