About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key HORECA accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate clients
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective account management and business development activities
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling coffee products, equipment, and related services
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and product presentations
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to maintain long term partnerships
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates for management
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to strengthen business relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably within coffee industry, F&B, or HORECA sector
- Strong knowledge of coffee products, coffee equipment, and the HORECA market
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa preferred

Job Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably within the coffee industry, food & beverage, or HORECA sector.
- Strong knowledge of coffee products, coffee equipment, and the HORECA market.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance analyses.
- Self motivated, results oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa are preferred.

Pay
- Pay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per month
