Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook position based in Dubai.
The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing dishes according to the menu, following food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key tasks involve portioning ingredients, cooking food to specifications, collaborating with the kitchen team, and ensuring consistency in meal quality.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management and adhering to PrepHero's standards for producing healthy and nutritious meals that align with our customers' dietary goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and portioning
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization practices
- Ability to follow recipes and adapt preparation to meet diverse dietary requirements
- Collaborative teamwork and efficient communication in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of orders
- Previous culinary experience or completion of a culinary training program preferred
- Knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal preparation is a bonus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
