Hiring: Lifting Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our team for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on-site
- Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
- Inspect lifting equipment and verify certifications
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams
- Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
- Monitor lifting plans and ensure proper execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor in construction or industrial projects
- Valid Lifting Supervisor certification/license
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations, safety regulations, and rigging practices
- Ability to lead teams and maintain site safety standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred
- UAE/GCC project experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
