About the Role

- Ensure safety of guests and associates within designated swimming areas during posted business hours
- Set up safety equipment at the pool including life saving floatation devices, correct flag, first aid kit, and posting of business hours, depth, water & air temperatures
- Respond to any emergency within hotel resort swimming areas, ensuring rescue boat is available at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned

- 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure at work

Overview
- Minor Hotels is an international hotel owner, operator and investor with a diverse portfolio of over 530 properties.
- Ensures safety of guests and associates within the designated swimming areas during the posted business hours.
Responsibilities
- Possesses Life Guard certification and authorized to conduct AR and CPR.
- Ensures set up of safety equipment at the pool including life saving floatation devices, correct flag, first aid kit, posting of business hours, depth of the pool, water & air temperatures.
- Responds to any emergency within the hotel, resort swimming areas including ensuring that rescue boat is available at all times.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- With Lifeguard Certification and with 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field
- With good English communication skills
- With pleasing personality
- Ability to handle pressure at work
- Ability to multi task
