Role Overview
Manage and deliver lifecycle replacement, refurbishment, upgrade, and asset improvement projects across the NYU Project.
Maintain and enhance building assets and systems in line with client requirements, asset condition, budgets, HSE, quality, and contractual obligations.
Support asset reliability, service continuity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Job Purpose
Manage and deliver lifecycle replacement, refurbishment, upgrade, and asset improvement projects across the NYU Project.
Maintain and enhance building assets and systems in line with client requirements, asset condition, budgets, HSE, quality, and contractual obligations.
Support asset reliability, service continuity, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facilities management, project management, asset management, construction, engineering, or lifecycle works.
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle planning, asset replacement, refurbishment, budgeting, contractor management, delivery, and stakeholder coordination.
Competencies and Skills
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle planning, asset management, facilities management operations, and project delivery.
- Good understanding of building systems, MEP, civil works, refurbishment, and asset replacement.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, technical review, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of HSE, quality, permits, testing, commissioning, handover, reporting, risk, and deadline management.
