Role Overview
Khidmah is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, MEP maintenance, and auxiliary fit-out projects across large commercial assets in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations, MEP maintenance, inspections, and work orders.
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, and site budgets.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.
- Lead site staff and manage project mobilization and demobilization.
- Enforce HSE policies, information security, and business continuity planning.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or project management is required.
- An MBA or facilities management certification is preferred.
- Eight to twelve years of experience in commercial facilities management is required.
- Knowledge of CAFM software, workplace health and safety, HSE, and permit-to-work systems is required.
- Budgeting, project management, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills are required.
