Role Responsibilities
- Create client-focused recruitment solutions through consultative fact-finding.
- Create a strategic business development plan to build a scalable and sustainable client portfolio.
- Manage recruitment processes end to end with full candidate and client responsibility.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Grow the Michael Page brand and develop internal and external relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Recruitment consulting experience with in-house legal professionals, or sales experience with legal knowledge and interest in recruitment.
- Track record of building client partnership relationships and tailoring recruitment solutions.
- Demonstrable loyalty and success.
- Experience building and managing relevant, successful, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality service.
