- Provide timely legal advice to management and internal stakeholders on commercial and operational matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements, including commercial contracts, service agreements, supplier agreements, and confidentiality agreements
- Support the business on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance requirements
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate exposure
- Assist with the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and oversee legal matters requiring outside counsel
- Support employment related matters, dispute resolution, and regulatory enquiries where required
- Assist with corporate transactions, restructuring projects, and strategic business initiatives
- Maintain legal records and ensure contract management processes are effectively administered
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a Law Degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent)
- 3 5 years of post qualification experience in corporate, commercial, or general business law
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and a professional approach to handling confidential matters

Candidate Profile

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience within an international law firm environment
- Prior in house legal experience is beneficial but not essential
- Exposure to cross border transactions, compliance, corporate governance, or regulatory matters
- Background with firms such as Clyde & Co, White & Case, or other leading international law firms would be advantageous
- Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred
