Responsibilities
- Execute and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies and commercial strategies.
- Drive specialty leasing initiatives (kiosks, pop ups, promotional spaces) to maximize short term revenue.
- Manage leasing inquiries professionally, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Property Management teams to ensure smooth lease execution and compliance.
- Maintain accurate leasing records, trackers, and documentation.
- Support negotiations, renewals, and amendments to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders to enhance tenant retention.
- Proactively monitor lease expiries, renewals, and vacancies to maintain high occupancy levels.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with local regulations and internal standards.
Requirements
- Emirati nationality
- 2–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of leasing agreements and commercial terms
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
