Role Overview
Design and implement learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Work with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align development initiatives with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assess learning needs and develop training strategies.
- Coordinate learning programs and manage training calendars.
- Develop learning content and support leadership and talent development programs.
- Monitor learning outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of continuous development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into effective development solutions.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Creative ability to develop engaging learning content and activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
