Role Overview
The Employee Relations Manager promotes positive workplace relationships, employee engagement, and a fair and consistent working environment.
The role works with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders to address concerns and support a healthy organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies.
- Advise on workplace matters and support conflict resolution.
- Manage employee concerns and grievances.
- Support disciplinary and performance-related processes.
- Review workplace policies and promote consistent application of HR practices.
- Identify employee relations trends and recommend practical improvements.
- Support workplace investigations and facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business, psychology, employment relations, or a related discipline is required.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles, HR policies, workplace practices, and employment regulations is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are required.
- The role requires professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
