The Customer Experience Associate delivers a positive and consistent experience across customer interactions.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, understand customer needs, and provide accurate information.
- Resolve concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support service quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
- Help ensure a seamless customer journey while representing the organization professionally.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle concerns professionally, manage multiple tasks, and maintain service quality.
- Good organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
