Role Overview
The Digital Transformation Manager leads initiatives that improve business performance through technology, digital solutions, and process innovation.

Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes, identify digital opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Manage digital transformation projects and collaborate with business and technology teams.
- Implement solutions that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, monitor project outcomes, and support organizational change and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process improvement, technology-driven innovation, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
