About the Role
Kerten Hospitality is hiring a Learning & Development Executive for The House Hotel in Jeddah. You will design and lead L&D programmes, facilitate training, manage the LMS, and drive a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and lead end to end learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals and brand standards
- Build and manage a structured training calendar encompassing technical, behavioural, and leadership development topics
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars across all departments
- Lead the onboarding and induction experience for new hires
- Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted learning solutions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data
- Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning programmes
- Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors
- Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management review
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the property
- Align individual development plans with performance management cycles and business objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, or a related field at an executive or senior level
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple training programmes and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Solid experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Fluent in English and Arabic

About The Role
- The House Hotel Jeddah is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to design and lead L&D programmes.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and continuously refine programmes.
- Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records, content updates, and user engagement.
- Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning programmes in collaboration with HR leadership.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors, ensuring quality and value of delivery.
- Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management review.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the property.
- Align individual development plans with performance management cycles and business objectives.
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, or a related field at an executive or senior level.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive L&D initiatives independently.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple training programmes, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across departments and senior stakeholders.
- Solid experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Passion for employee development and building a culture of continuous learning.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
