About The Role

  • The House Hotel Jeddah is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to design and lead L&D programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and lead end to end learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals and brand standards.
  • Build and manage a structured training calendar encompassing technical, behavioural, and leadership development topics.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars across all departments.
  • Lead the onboarding and induction experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth and impactful integration.
  • Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and continuously refine programmes.
  • Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records, content updates, and user engagement.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning programmes in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors, ensuring quality and value of delivery.
  • Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management review.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the property.
  • Align individual development plans with performance management cycles and business objectives.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, or a related field at an executive or senior level.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive L&D initiatives independently.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programmes, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across departments and senior stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Passion for employee development and building a culture of continuous learning.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
