Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and lead end to end learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals and brand standards
- Build and manage a structured training calendar encompassing technical, behavioural, and leadership development topics
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars across all departments
- Lead the onboarding and induction experience for new hires
- Partner with department heads to conduct training needs analyses and develop targeted learning solutions
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data
- Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Drive leadership development initiatives and succession planning programmes
- Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors
- Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and insights for senior management review
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Align individual development plans with performance management cycles and business objectives
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development, preferably in hospitality or service industry
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems
- Ability to design and evaluate training programs
