Role Overview
Assist the Director of Human Resources with a variety of learning and development functions.
Manage the Learning and Development function for hotel employees, including management-level staff.
Implement company and hotel orientation and training programs.
Research and recommend internal and external learning programs aligned with organizational objectives and employee needs.
Conduct training needs assessments, develop or outsource programs, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily learning processes and hotel strategy activities, including coaching, counseling, recruitment, engagement, training, onboarding, benefits, and retention.
- Assist with reward and recognition programs and training strategies.
- Oversee employee training matters related to local employment law and processes.
