Responsibilities
- Attend to queries and requirements from internal and external trainers, trainees, and guests.
- Maintain front desk records, documentary files, inventory counts, and training material coordination.
- Resolve minor IT issues involving keyboards, mice, projectors, sound systems, and desktop computers.
- Provide administrative and operational support during non-office hours and weekends.
- Maintain device and classroom logs and route defect information to the concerned team.
- Check simulator schedules, classrooms, FTDs, reporting times, trainee numbers, and related queries in AIMS.
- Use SIMS to book training facilities, update issued materials, and mark unused sessions as no-shows.
Qualifications and skills
- Relevant vocational, tertiary, or trade qualification.
- At least three years of relevant experience in a service-oriented, facilities, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy with ability to use standard office productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills for records, basic reports, and accurate documentation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Attention to quality, presentation, detail, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
