Manager Commercial Efficiency

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of an assigned Commercial Efficiency portfolio against agreed plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, operational issues, and status reporting.
• Apply governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and delivery processes consistently.
• Review business cases, analyze operational and financial performance data, and support value realization and investment decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Efficiency professionals.
• Build partnerships with commercial and corporate stakeholders to support delivery and adoption.
• Prepare management reports covering achievements, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead issue and escalation resolution and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support rollout and adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Education and Experience

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Requires at least eight years of job-related experience with a degree.
• Requires substantial experience in commercial excellence, commercial effectiveness, sales operations, business performance, transformation, or related commercial functions.

• Requires experience developing commercial frameworks, governance models, operational standards, policies, or business improvement initiatives.
• Requires experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving organizational change across multiple business units.
• Requires experience establishing governance frameworks, procedures, and operating standards.
• Requires experience partnering with Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
• Requires strong commercial acumen, business judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Requires the ability to drive execution, manage change, and deliver results in complex business environments.
• Requires excellent command of the English language.
