About the Role

Manager Commercial Efficiency role based in Doha, Qatar.

Manage a portfolio of commercial efficiency initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, standardization, and business performance.

Work across multiple business functions to drive adoption, measurable value, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned Commercial Efficiency portfolio against plans, milestones, and performance measures.
  • Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resources, operational issues, and escalations.
  • Apply governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and delivery processes consistently.
  • Review business cases and performance data, and support value realization and investment decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Efficiency professionals.
  • Partner with commercial and corporate stakeholders to support delivery and adoption.
  • Prepare management reports and support change management activities.
  • Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to improve portfolio performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant business, commercial, finance, economics, marketing, or management discipline.
  • At least 8 years of job-related experience with substantial commercial excellence, effectiveness, sales operations, business performance, transformation, or related experience.
  • Experience developing commercial frameworks, governance models, operational standards, policies, or improvement initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and organizational change across multiple business units.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
