Role Overview
ARX is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer for its site office in Dubai.
The role leads design review and technical assurance across major building and infrastructure assignments.
The position requires strong technical judgment, multidisciplinary coordination, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering delivery and establish review strategies for reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, and associated systems.
- Plan discipline workloads, monitor deliverables, and ensure reviews meet quality and program requirements.
- Review design calculations, drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, requests for information, and non-conformance proposals.
- Coordinate structural interfaces with architecture, civil, geotechnical, MEP, specialist systems, BIM, and construction teams.
