• As Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will design, develop and implement quality engineering practices and processes for a teams within an agile release train in accordance with quality standards and best practice guidelines. Ensure adoption of modern delivery practices for quality products and services built using world class engineering practices. You will define test strategies, build scalable automation frameworks, and embed a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence engineers, architects, product owners, and delivery teams.

In this role, you will

To be considered for the role, you must meet the requirements below

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering roles involving the building of complex, scalable and large software solutions in digital, data or enterprise domain
• Proven experience leading or coordinating Quality Engineering across large-scale programmes, multiple products, teams, integrations, and business workstreams.
• Experience coordinating Quality Engineers, Test Leads, and distributed testing activities across concurrent delivery streams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence programme leadership, architects, delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Strong experience defining QE strategies, governance frameworks, quality operating models, testing standards, and programme-level quality controls.
• Solid background in test planning, release assurance, defect governance, RAID management, executive quality reporting, and delivery confidence assessments.
• Experience establishing quality gates, release-readiness assessments, go/no-go recommendations, executive dashboards, and evidence-based release reporting.
• Strong understanding of SIT, integration, E2E, business process testing, UAT support, data migration, regression, automation strategy, CI/CD quality controls, APIs, microservices, test data, environments, and release quality controls.
