Support day-to-day HSE oversight across active construction works.
Help implement safety plans, risk controls, and HSE reporting processes.
Work with project stakeholders to identify issues early and reinforce safe behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities for HSE compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
- Ensure contractor compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Monitor toolbox talks, permits, and safe work practices.
- Support incident reporting and investigation.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in HSE meetings, audits, and awareness activities.
- Prepare HSE observations, inspection reports, and daily or weekly reports.
- Escalate significant HSE risks and violations to the HSE Manager.
Requirements
- 10-25 years of experience, according to the source posting metadata.
- Experience supporting HSE oversight in active construction works.
- Ability to monitor construction activities, inspections, risk controls, and safe work practices.
