Your Impact
- Lead digital advisory strategy development and rollout across planning, advisory, asset management, and infrastructure projects.
- Shape the digital advisory go-to-market strategy, engage clients, and grow the service offering.
- Guide integration of digital solutions into planning, advisory, design, and operations workflows.
- Align digital strategy with business needs and client outcomes alongside executive and senior leadership.
- Oversee digital initiative delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and mentor digital specialists and foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build client relationships and provide strategic digital transformation guidance.
- Monitor emerging technologies and advise on future-ready solutions for sustainability and performance.
- Prepare digital proposals, pursuits, and presentations.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, planning, GIS, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, engineering consulting, or advisory environments.
- Technical expertise and commercial acumen supporting digital or technology-enabled service offerings.
- Experience with clients, large multidisciplinary teams, and innovative digital solutions.
- Expertise in BIM, AI, IoT, cloud platforms, digital twins, automation, PMIS, and analytics tools.
- Ability to lead organizational change, build cross-functional alignment, and empower digital teams.
- Excellent communication skills for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to align digital strategy with project, business, and market outcomes.
Compensation
- The posted compensation range is CAD 122,900 to CAD 162,800 for AB, BC, NT, NU, SK, and YT.
- The posted compensation range is CAD 112,100 to CAD 154,400 for MB and ON.
- The posted compensation range is CAD 104,500 to CAD 140,700 for NB, NL, NS, PEI, and QC.
- Final compensation may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and organizational needs.
