- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and development contracts.
- Provide legal advice on property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing matters.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Conduct legal due diligence on real estate transactions and property developments.
- Liaise with external counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Assist in resolving disputes related to real estate matters.
- Support internal teams on legal aspects of property development and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Master’s degree or relevant specialization is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property regulations, and contractual frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters
- Fluency in Arabic & English is a must

Role Overview
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our team.
