- Represent the company before courts, labor offices, and dispute resolution committees
- Prepare and draft legal memoranda, statements of claim, defense submissions, appeals, and other legal documents
- Monitor and follow up on all legal cases, including coordination with external law firms
- Provide legal advice to various departments, particularly on labor law and commercial contracts
- Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation
- Support the Human Resources department in labor related matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Prepare periodic reports on legal cases and associated risks
- Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Contribute to resolving disputes through legal or alternative dispute resolution methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
- Valid license to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice with focus on labor and commercial cases
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, particularly Labor Law and Commercial Law
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred

Job Summary
- The Lawyer is responsible for managing and handling all legal matters related to the company, particularly in labor and commercial areas.
- The role includes providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company before judicial and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on labor and commercial cases.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, particularly Labor Law and Commercial Law.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
