Responsibilities
- Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying equipment
- Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control points for the project
- Set out building grids, foundations, columns, roads, utilities, and other project elements according to approved drawings
- Check and verify dimensions, elevations, coordinates, and alignments during construction
- Prepare survey reports, field notes, sketches, and as built drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements
- Monitor construction progress and identify any deviations from approved plans
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Assist in quantity calculations and preparation of survey related documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Relevant professional certification or survey license (where applicable)
- Experience in building construction projects
- Proficiency in survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, Trimble Business Center, or similar
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and surveying principles
- Ability to operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments
