Role Overview
Perform precise field measurements, construction setting out, and topographic mapping for infrastructure and building projects.
Ensure surveying work complies with Dubai Municipality and Road and Transport Authority standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys, topographic mapping, and geodetic calculations.
- Establish horizontal and vertical control points, lines, and levels for construction projects.
- Prepare maps, sketches, survey reports, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Ensure work adheres to Dubai Municipality and Road and Transport Authority standards.
- Maintain, calibrate, and operate Total Stations, GPS equipment, and Levels.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers to verify measurements and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of land surveying experience in construction, including high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, and CAD software.
- Familiarity with UAE local authority procedures and land laws.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
