- Oversee overall operations of the hospital laboratory
- Manage and supervise laboratory technologists and technicians
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of diagnostic test results
- Maintain compliance with laboratory accreditation standards and healthcare regulations

- Manage laboratory inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding test results and clinical requirements
- Ensure proper calibration and functioning of laboratory instruments

- Train and mentor laboratory staff to ensure continuous improvement
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity
- Prepare reports for hospital management and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting
- At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English

Job Summary
