Responsibilities
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) in collaboration with business units and department managers
- Develop and implement annual training and development plans aligned with business objectives
- Administer and manage SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including course creation, scheduling, nominations, training assignments, and completion tracking
- Coordinate internal and external technical, behavioral, compliance, and leadership training programs
- Support competency management and workforce development initiatives
- Monitor employee training compliance and mandatory certification requirements
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and post training evaluations
- Generate learning reports, dashboards, and KPIs to measure learning outcomes and workforce development progress
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and recommend development solutions
- Manage training vendors, consultants, and external learning providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Talent Development, or HR Development functions
- Mandatory experience within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Energy, or other Process Industries
- Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS
- Strong knowledge of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), Training Administration, and Competency Management
- Experience developing and monitoring learning KPIs and training effectiveness metrics
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Job Purpose
- The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's learning and development programs, ensuring workforce competency, compliance, and capability development and Succession Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) in collaboration with business units and department managers.
- Develop and implement annual training and development plans aligned with business objectives.
- Administer and manage SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including course creation, scheduling, nominations, training assignments, and completion tracking.
- Coordinate internal and external technical, behavioral, compliance, and leadership training programs.
- Support competency management and workforce development initiatives.
- Monitor employee training compliance and mandatory certification requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and post training evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Talent Development, or HR Development functions.
- Mandatory experience within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Energy, or other Process Industries.
- Experience managing technical workforce training and competency development programs.
- Experience supporting large scale training operations in an industrial environment.
Technical Requirements
- Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), Training Administration, and Competency Management.
- Experience developing and monitoring learning KPIs and training effectiveness metrics.
- Knowledge of learning analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Experience managing compliance and mandatory training programs.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience with HR systems and digital learning platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, PMGM, CDP, Compensation, RCM, ONB, or related modules.
- Knowledge of competency frameworks and career development programs.
- Experience in HR digital transformation and learning technology implementation.
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools.
