Role Overview

Customer Service and Order Management

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, logistics partners, and customers to execute deliveries smoothly.
• Monitor orders, communicate updates, resolve issues, and handle customer inquiries responsively.
• Build trusted customer relationships that support satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Logistics and Supply Chain

• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery activities with factories and logistics providers.
• Track delivery performance to support on-time fulfillment.
• Support import/export documentation and shipping processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Sales Administration and Documentation

• Prepare, validate, and maintain invoices, product certificates, technical documentation, and delivery records.
• Support monthly sales closing activities.
• Assist with tax invoice processing and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and compliant customer, sales, and logistics records.

Business Support

• Provide administrative support to Korea business operations.

Required Qualifications

• Highly proficient written and spoken Korean.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• At least three years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in sales administration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a multinational or international business environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly the MM and SD modules.
• Understanding of accounts receivable, invoicing, and sales administration processes.
• Familiarity with import/export and logistics documentation.

Work Arrangement

• The role has a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from home.
